For a few days now, I have not been able to log in my Microsoft account to play online on Minecraft PS4, showing me an error message saying that the authentification had failed.
Now, I have a new error message (number 9) saying that I can't access to the store and won't be able to until the error is fixed. But I don't know what is the problem. Also, I'm still not able to authentificate to play online.
Can you help me with this problem ?
