Easy to reproduce, join a world you have and alt tab out while the world is loading. Once you reopen the world you'll have fallen through all of the blocks.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
