When my friends join when we get to close we are each other's skin

My friend join my game or I join theirs, to each other we look like our regular skins, but on our screens, we are the other person's skin, and if we go far away from each other and change back, it will be fine, until we come back together, then we ar ethe other person's skin again, and it just goes on forever
