[MCPE-77929] Baby Turtles Despawn

I dont know if this is a bug or just a normal minecraft feature, I have a pond sorrounded with fence and with turtle eggs, when the turtle eggs hatched, a baby turtle appear but after a few minutes when i came back, they disappear or despawn.
