2 Make Sure That Parrot Is On The Ground
3 Go To Parrot
4 Go In A Portal
[You Can Do Stuff Like Opening Your Inventory , Typing Messages Which You Can't Normally Do In The Nether Portal and The Portal Effect Doesn't Show Up ]
