[MCPE-7800] Fog is very dark over the cloud

Fly over the cloud -> Remove Minecraft PE from recent task(or just go home launcher) -> Restart Minecraft PE and load the map -> Dark fog bug

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.2). Reproduced in creative by flying above the clouds, then closing and reopening the world.
