My respawn point throws me off the worlf

Yesterday i died and when i respawned, I fell put of the world. It stopped until my friend broke my bed. Just now i left the end through the portal. And it respawned me out of the world. I lost many stuff most importantly my diamond sword with looting 3 and smite V and knockback

I tested something and it turns out it happens every time i die and i respawn and so far it has happened from coming home from the end

Were there any pressure plates near your respawn point?

Yes but it is at the side of my bed.
