Yesterday i died and when i respawned, I fell put of the world. It stopped until my friend broke my bed. Just now i left the end through the portal. And it respawned me out of the world. I lost many stuff most importantly my diamond sword with looting 3 and smite V and knockback

I tested something and it turns out it happens every time i die and i respawn and so far it has happened from coming home from the end
