Bone meal doesn't generate flowers which added in PE 0.9.0

Minecraft PE 0.9.0 added more flowers.But when I use bone meal to grass dirt,only dandelion,poppy,grass,fern are generated.It isn't same as PC Edition since Minecraft 1.7.x.

Please do not assume that the differences in behaviors between the PC, Pocket Edition, XBOX, PS3, or Raspberry Pi editions of Minecraft are bugs.
