It's been a few months. I play on cell phones, MCPE and whenever I try to enter a world, or someone tries to enter my world, it appears: "It is not possible to connect to the world". This error is constant, I have tried several ways, deleting and installing again, updating, using other accounts, etc., is never resolved. It happens on PlayStation 4 too.

PS4 does not cross platform with any other devices. It is not a glitch.
