Cant Join on the Bedrock edition on PS4

The issue I've been having is that whenever I would want to join an online game it would always say "unable to join to the world" and it has nothing to do with my Wifi because when I switch to editions I can join an online game. 

No Microsoft representative has responded with a solution.

If your a Mojang representative please check this link since many people have been having the same issue as I do.
