Problem on the Minecraft Bedrock Microsoft account on PS4

I´ve been having a huge problem on conecting my microsoft account to my PS4, 

When clicking on the "sign in with a Microsoft account", a failed to login appears on the screen saying that the system tried to conect to my microsoft account, but "something went wrong".

I´ve watched 5 tutorials on how to fix that and none of them worked.

I could use a little help fixing that problem.
