[MCPE-78986] Sometimes Twisting Vines Stay even if the bottom vine is broken

I was just roaming in Minecraft Survival World and then suddenly I accidentally broke the bottom of the twisting vine with my Efficiency V Netherite Axe and guess what it didn't fall off the I broke the main bottom twisting vine block it didn't fall off.
