The earth day mask and jacket aren't showing up in the character creator when some people get them in minecraft earth

I'm having the exact same issue, and so is my fiancee. I hope this gets fixed so our work wasn't for nothing. 

It might be a version 0.18.0 bug, but I'm not sure. 

I lost my skins to ):

The lock sign is on my skins too, but I haven't taken them off so they still stayed with me
