You can't set worldspawn in nether/end by commands, it only allows this in the overworld

I think it is "Working as Intended".

I don’t think it’s working as intended as Java edition has this feature.

you can do it in Java So..

jonathan, let me know please if it was /setworldspawn command.

Might be considered a feature request based on MC-175317

I tested this on Java Edition and you respawn in the overworld when you die.
