This happens full screen with multiple monitor setup too. If you move your mouse to the far edge of the game screen that is shared and left or right click, it will change windows to what is on the second monitor. If you scroll, it will scroll whats on the second window (wont kick you into the pause screen though)

This is happening on linux as well, forgot to add it

Dealing with the same issue, I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled everything related to it but it just crashes, the only time it has started it when i used a mod launcher to repair the files, but even then it just crashes afterward.

It started right as the new ui was added for the movie.

This needs to be fixed it pains me that it's like this there's also a problem with the ceilings they should be full basalt all the way up to bedrock but it only goes up 3 blocks at the very most, the generation for this biome is so messed up it should have never made it to full release like this

Facing the same issue on windows 10 using my redstone texture pack.  If I disable both global and map specific texture packs the arrow is gone.

I have PS4, disc bought 3 years ago. The current update is 1.16.40.

Since the update to 1.16.(??) hangs on Mojang on a random basis.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to make it work.

I have closed and reopened Minecraft to make it work.

I have rebooted the system to make it work.

All of these work on a random basis. I just have to try one at a time to find the one that works.

Same issue on PS4, playing LAN game.

I have the same issue. I can't reproduce it, but I can temporarily bypass it by using a VPN. Turning off the VPN brings back the issue. Hope this helps someone.
Also, someone else in the same house has the same issue.
Putting household and VPN together, this indicates it may have something to do with either network issues or ISP issues.

I am having this same issue. I can't find any hostile mobs naturally. I can only find them in the nether, rarely, or near mob spawners. I cant find creepers, skeletons, spiders, zombies, slimes, or witches. They just don't spawn in my world. I have stood completely still at night and in caves and not a single mob spawns. This is really unfortunate, as I can't get gunpowder or find zombies to change villagers. I need this fixed for my world to continue.
