[MCPE-79323] /locate ruinedportal results are incorrectly displayed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new world (creative with cheats)
2. Do /locate ruinedportal

Observed Results:
Shows "The nearest %feature.ruinedportal is at <coordinates>"

Expected Results:
Shows "The nearest Ruined Portal is at <coordinates>"

Reproed on iOS. Probably just need translation for key feature.ruinedportal

But translation keys are not needed. It could have been written direct into the program as "Ruined portal" instead of as a translation key.
