Summary
The new Mojang Studios logo does not appear on Android devices, instead the Minecraft loading bar appears immediately.
How to reproduce:
Open the game on an Android device
-> There is no startup Mojang Studios logo ❌

This is not a bug, mojang will put MOJANG STUDIOS, when you start Minecraft in the next update. They can not update the app and stay on v1.14
This is a bug, the Mojang Studios logo doesn't appear on Android devices in the 1.16 beta, whereas it does appear on Windows 10.
This bug is fixed in the latest beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
Sometimes works on betas above v1.16.100.55, but still many times it can't be seen. It becomes all black and then normal MINECRAFT loade screen starts
