I sat the game to peaceful mode and then i switched it back to hard, but no mobs are spawning even though ive turned on "mobs spawn"

However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete.
It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug. Bedrock has a hard limit of 200 loaded entities. Large passive mob farms or large amounts of armour stands as well as a number of other scenarios can also prevent mob spawning. More information would be needed for a valid bug report.
