nyliums, soul blocks (sand and soil), basalt and blackstone generate under lava lakes making the biome to stand out if you drain the lava. It should be netherrack instead if all the blocks above.
Lava colums / lava-falls are very rarer compared to the 1.14 nether.
lava lakes are sealed by the terrain of the biomes, hiding most of them (lava lakes) away.
gravel and soulsand does not generate on the edges of netherrack in nether wastes. that feature is on java 1.15 so i consider this a bug, not a request
a lot of floating litlle chunks of land ( 5-20 blocks) above lava lakes
nether fossils on soulsand valleys are very rare compared to java.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
