My profile has an error and has not resolved in a week. This happened the day after I purchased Minecraft on Nintendo Switch. Before I had been playing on my PC with no issues.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

If it says -9, then it is a bug. And it is on Android too.
