I put grass and mycelium beside each other and spead up the tick rate and neither one spread. I tried with dirt and it worked. Ps this is 1.15 full update not the rtx beta it was the only option that had 1.15

However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete.
You mention it affects 1.15 and play on Android but 1.15 is not available for MCPE yet. 1.14 is the current available version. Java Edition has 1.15 but that isn't available for Android devices.
Its also likely your report would be resolved as working as intended. Mycelium will spread to dirt blocks, not grass blocks. This is consistent between both versions of the game.
