One in four blocks of glazed terracota, doesn´t turn to the side i want. Believe me, i tried for 51 min. and it didn`t work. This bug is very annoying.

There is no bug. Glazed terracotta have 4 rotations. The rotation depends on the direction you are looking. Simply try all 4 rotations out until the block is placed as you want then you should unserstand how it works.
