I was making a design using 1.16 blocks with a nether portal. I went through the portal then back to the overworld, the lights are broken even if it is light level 15. It is quite obvious to the picture below using the respawn anchor as a floor. Don't worry about the hotbar, Because I used a Resource Pack for that at 1.16.0.61 and below

Can you disable the resource pack that is hiding your beta version info on the top of the screen, and then send another screenshot?
