[MCPE-80110] efficiency issues

mining too fast causes blocks to become invisible causing suffocation or an issue with placing other blocks in that area, if farming dirt with efficiency and placing blocks where invisible blocks are it causes the invisible block to become grass. issues with suffocation and building
