Enchantment name and description does not appear on enchanting table in other languages

Summary
The enchantment name & description doesn't appear on some languages.

Languages that are affected:

• Spanish (Mexico & Espana)

• Canadian French

• French (only the #1 selection)

• Norwegian (Norsk Bokmål)

• Portuguese (Brasil & Portugal)

• Hungarian (Magyar)

• Polish (Polska = Poland)

• Slovak (Slovensky = Slovenia)

• Finnish (Suomi)

• Swedish (Svenska)

• Turkish

• Czech

• Russian

• Bulgarian

• Ukrainian

• Greek

• Japanese

• Chinese Simplified & Traditional (all description are gone)

• Korean

How to reproduce:
1. Set the language to the ones that affected
2. Open the Enchanting Table
3. Put any enchantable items
-> There is no enchantment name or description in the GUI ❌
