[MCPE-80461] City Life 2 World crahses

I purchased City Life 2 for my son but it keeps crashing, irrespective of device. I've noticed other persons have reported this issue, but haven't seen it resolved. I would like to know how to fix it or a refund. Regards

This happens to me to! After only about a minute in the world I am evicted from the app. This doesn’t happen with any of my other worlds. I would really appreciate it if this issue is resolved quickly. Thank you for your help.
