The bug seems happened because of the Android. My Samsung phone updated from Android 9 to Android 10 nearly one month ago After that updated, I can't log in my account for both 1.14.60 and 1.16.57 beta. The message shows the -9 error or there's something wrong with my privacy settings. But actually, there's nothing wrong. This makes me can't play online,get in the shop and type message in game. In my opinion,the bug seems happened because the Samsung system and that update from Android 9 to Android 10. Hope the bug can be fixed soon.
