when i put fire on soul soil it looks orange for 0.3 ticks and then changes to soul fire

this does happen but not always, ive seen this in some youtubers videos and it dosent always happen it might be random

When logging a report for the BETA the version you are on is critical so you need to check prior to logging the report. A report that's inaccurate really only expends our time trying to gather more detail.
In this case I believe you are referencing MCPE-74540 which was fixed over a week ago now in 1.16.0.63 as such this report will be closed as Cannot Reproduce.
If you are able to reproduce it in 1.16.0.63 please provide evidence in a comment on the existing ticket and mention it on the Moijra Discord or Reddit so a mod can re-open it.
