[MCPE-80832] Snow goloums not putting snow underneath them

When I was on my survival world, I made a snow goloum on a slime block and it didnt make a snow layer. Next I did it on my other world and it did create a snow layer. Image to help show problem. The world has no cheats or addons. This issue is only on some worlds
