Purchased content fails to load

Two issues first one. 90% of the time when i load the game it fails to load my personal profile skins this has been an ongoing issue since i purchased this version. Problem two, my personal purchases for character creation show that i need to spend money AGAIN to put them back on after "failure to load skin 1,2,5 ect.... This is an issue that needs correcting with purchases we need a purchased items and downloads section to include all in app purcchase history
