Minecraft packs deleted themselves

When I logged into my Minecraft account I was encountered with a error that read something like "Minecraft packs failed to load" and when I checked in the Marketplace to see my packs all of them were gone, the only ones I had left were 3 of them. So I went on my Xbox to see if all of the packs were on the console but when I logged in only 2 different packs remained. I spent a lot of money on those packs and some of those were seasonal and I might not see them again.
