All of my market place items I purchased have now disappeared!

I logged into minecraft and my skin which I had purchased the spooky wings for and fingerless gloves was gone. When I went into the market palace to look at my maps all but a few fo the frew ones I downloaded were gone. I only had 50 line coins in my account which is how many I originally had left meaning that not only did it take all my items away it also ddint give me any if my mine coins back for them and now in extremely upset becaue I purchased everything with gift cards I was given from my mom and a friend for graduation and i want it fixed immedatly. I use a different email than what I do to report this so you cant just use this email to give them back I'm literally crying right now as I have no way of getting these back.
