My skins were gone on my consle account

When I logged on my Xbox it said all my skins failed to load (allways happens by the way but I still had my skins and would put them back on) this time I went there and my 20 skin packs I had went down to 2 festive and magic the gathering packs. I tried resetting 3-5 times and it didn't work so if you could please do something about it my username on Xbox is frostxkun I don't know if you need that but please get me my skins back I don't wanna halfway save up again
