The app was acting up so I decided to reset it. I bought the beginner's edition for Minecraft windows 10 and I got 700 coins, but as soon as I reset the app the coins disappeared. Please, I need help to get the coins back because I worked hard for the money just to buy Minecraft.

There was an outage today of the Marketplace and related contact. The issue should now be resolved but may require a full restart of the Minecraft game for your items to return.
