[MCPE-81464] Stuck on generating world loading screen, cannot load into game.

Upon opening minecraft and loading my world, game gets stuck on "Generating World" loading screen. The green progress bar starts to fill and then stops, the loading text hints (whatever you call them) continue to cycle through, so game itself is not frozen but does not continue to load. Only solution so far is to force close minecraft and try again. This happens about 75% of the time.

don't think it is an issue with the world save as have tried with multiple save files

also was using Chroma Hills texture pack so disabled that and it still occurs
