Ghost blocks is really one of the dangerous bug in the game and as a beta tester who dies bcs of the ghost block i really need to report this as a really needed to be fixed, ghost block appear when you are using a unbreaking three enchantment but sometimes it appears even if you do not have the enchantment.
Ghost block was created when
Unbreaking three with speed digging like haste and efficiency 5 applied into a digging tool and breaks the blocks quickly, and sometimes it happens when breaking a crop or plant quickly even your using barehands.
