So today I was playing with my friends and was like
Hey! what if I download the RTX BETA and see how good it looks
So I downloaded it and I have a better GPU than the required GPU. Everything looks good so far!
Then I download it and look at the RTX beta worlds
And for some reason, my graphics card is not as good?
Everything says otherwise and I should run just fine
My GPU is a Radeon RX 5700 XT
It beats a 2060 SUPER (that's one super more than required)
it's the 34th vs the 14th best GPU (mine is 14th best).
EDIT: I just did an RTX test and I run 90FPS Ultra np
EDIT2: now it won't give me the mc RTX will restart pc
EDIT3: I cannot get into the BETA it's just not installing it
EDIT4: had to reinstall mc, Even though RTX is now software-based, It won't let me get the world, I can clearly run it and have 32GB ram, batter than i5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1: Have my setup
2: Get the RTX beta build
3: Try to download RTX world
Observed Results:
Got told that I couldn't ray trace, clearly could
Expected results:
to download the world and run it (seriously if I had a toaster I should just be warned about the risks of doing this without the proper hardware)
