[MCPE-819] Player can become stuck in glass panes.

When placing glass pane on a block and your character is about 60% on the block that you are going to place a glass pane, there is a 10% chance of being inside the glass pane, just like the door glitch.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Cannot reproduce, i think its fixed because i tried a lot of times and nothing happened to me.
