Been a week and I still cant sign into a Microsoft account spoke to minecraft after advise from here only to be sent back can somebody please offer some sort of help please

I got signed out of my Microsoft account and now it wont allow me to sign in states that ita already signed into a ps account although this is my only ps check the original ticket for alot more pictures and Info
