This is the long issue for me for a long time. Music Disc doesn't make any noise when being played at all.

I have go to the market place and sign in but I have trouble signing in Microsoft acc when I choose the user (of what i make the acc) it keeps crashing and the game was resetting.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
