[MCPE-81982] I cannot use my marketplace and by the way I am Ps4 and i didnt know my platform

I go into my Minecraft and it says ''There is an error with you account. You may not use the store until this problem is fixed. If this issue lasts for several days, please contact support. Error number -9"
