[MCPE-8226] Players do not lose status effects particles while they die

To reproduce, eat some rottern flesh, and then die. You'll no longer have the effect but particles still remain

Does this still apply in beta build 2 of 0.11.0?

Cannot reproduce this. Ate flesh, died while sickness effect active, respawned, and sickness effect no longer active.

Jesse, this issue may have been fixed with the release of Beta 5, along with the fix for effect particles not being removed upon drinking milk.
