I'm playing in Survival Mode and i try to create "thing", for example: creating bone meal using bone. But it the created item always dropped first and it's annoying. Especially when i tried to create Cake it always disappear, all the ingredients used and disappeared and the bucket dropped to the ground, the cake was dropped but it's not in the ground neither in my inventory. Please fix this problem because this issue waste my foodstocks and my time.

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-63228, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
Attempting to craft the cake (or honey blocks) is what causes future items to get thrown. Closing and re-opening Minecraft will fix it until you next try to craft one of the bugged items.
