When transferring items that naturally have the enchanted effect (I.e Golden apples and potions [also effects compass set with lode stone]) (It does not affect manually enchanted items such as armor and tools) from your hotbar to your inventory/ a block you can place items in (and vice-versa) The texture will flash as a white square for a moment. (I can't test it on windows 10 or Playstation cause I don't own either but It affects Xbox one (doesnt affect android though).
