My partner had a realm we have checked to make sure it's been paid for and it's all up to date we get to the "joining realm this may take a few moments"... and then it takes forever but say unable to join please try again later... we are on 1.14.60 Xbox one bedrock edition

That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed and was caused by a temporary outage to the Realms service.
