[REALMS-3921] Cannot connect to Realms

when ever i go to join my realm, it says could not connect to realms, we will try again soon. i asked my friends if they could get on, also a no. so i tryed to join someone elses to see if i could join, the link didnt work.

My husband and I are having the same issue right now. We saw on Twitter that Mojang had been working on this issue and had supposedly fixed it. Unfortunately, we still can't play. 🤷‍♀️

I keep having the issue as well except I also can't replace the world, cancel the realm or reset the world either. This game has been nothing but bugs, and I can't even play my own realm, I'm paying freaking money for this and still can't play? What the heck Mojang. Earlier I had a bug with nether portals and now this! Please fix this!

been having the same problem on and off for 2 days now aswell the game will work for like an hour..... (when it finally works after like 16 or 19 hours of trying to log in) and then I'll randomly get booted and cant connect to realm anymore or realm dose not exist man i pay use alot of money and have over alot of time and to top it off i cant join anyone elses realms or evan server its oike im on ps4 but I'm on mobile and xbox

On Tuesday 9th June, Realms was down for most of the day, from about 4pm CET onwards yesterday Realms was up and running again.

As of this morning Wednesday 10th, Realms is down again, saying unable to connect to world.

Our realm is not accessible either - either long loading screen and getting ported to home screen. Shortly the message "Unable to connect to world" popped up but it disappeared 2 seconds after it popped up again. It's as well a 10-person realm. Can confirm that this issue is definitely not solved

It's not resolved for me either. BUT I was able to move my world to a new realm, and it's working. I requested a refund for the broken realm. If you want to know what I did, check out this Reddit post on r/MinecraftHelp:

One of my Minecraft Bedrock Realms Plus servers has been inaccessible for days, as reported by many other people and several bug reports.

I am having the same problem today 9/13. I was playing and the “unable to connect” screen popped up and kicked me out. Now whenever I try to log back in I see the “disconnected from server” screen. I had noticed the game was freezing again and my skin wouldn’t load. Wonder if this has anything to do with it.

This just started happening today but realms has been having alot of problems for me lately and I'm kind of feel like I'm not getting what I payed for.
