Greetings,
My son Rémy and I are facing an issue while trying to access the "shop" from initial menu : Error code -9. It seems to work from other profiles on the platform as we use a game card bridge (vs downloaded version).
Can you please confirm this last statement and help us going back to normal?
Our understanding is that no mojang account is required to access the shop (skins, packs) except if we are willing to play multiplayer disregard the platform selected.
In the meantime we will try a test with multiplayer with connected "friends" in order to make sure this works properly.
