My son used some of his hard earned allowance money to purchase City Life 2. He decided on this because him and his sister are huge fans of the original city life.
Unfortunately, within a minute of loading the world, the entire instance of Minecraft on the iPad dies. We’ve assured we’re on the current version of everything and tried rebooting, and uninstalling/reinstalling Minecraft to no avail.
Now we are out his 5 dollars since there is nowhere to get a refund and the Apple store directs us to Mojang for the refund, which has proven to be a useless endeavor.
Its a little astounding to me that you’ve made something available for purchase when it crashes like this, and also that the app continues to be available for purchase.
I’ve tried contacting Mojang support and the pixel head team on Twitter for a resolution, but am being ignored.
Any help towards a resolution for a working game is appreciated.

I mean that’s great and all, but that issue is a month old and is being ignored.
Can’t even get anyone to say they’re going to look at it.
Meanwhile you continue to collect money from people for something that is broken.
Sounds criminal to me.
