I have the same problem. My device is Amazon Fire 10 HD and I downloaded Minecraft from the Google play store. I just updated to 1.16.101 and it did not fix the problem.

This issue is currently being experienced on Nintendo Switch version 1.17.2 as well.

Someone doesn't have this problem, someone has it. I did not have this problem right away, for a while everything was fine on version 1.16. But after a patch when a new achievement screen was added, all the pictures disappeared

My family's Nintendo Switch has the same problem. We bought the game cartridge and it has never shown pictures for achievements, achievement prizes, character creator options, featured items on the profile page, featured & recommended skin packs on the profile page, anything in the player's packs/inventory, nor anything in the marketplace. We are able to customize characters and claim prizes though. We have Bedrock, v1.17.11.

I have found a work-around for nintendo switch that will fix all of these:

  1. Go into System Setting in the HOME menu

  2. Select Data Management 

  3. Click Manage Software 

  4. Click Minecraft

  5. Scroll down to Check for Corupted Data

  6. If that doesn't work press redownload

 

 

 

I hope that this work-around helps until there is a fix 🙂

We had no images shown in the achievements listed, but after [re-downloading data as described in this comment|https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-83294?focusedId=1129227&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-1129227] we now see the larger left have images. There are still no images (rewards?) on the right hand side.
