When a friend in multiplayer the nintendo switch types something in the chat the other player that wants to mine something or doesnt see the object moving the game is at a lagging position.

I can confirm this is an issue as well. Perhaps playing on a Realm is a workaround for that particular issue since you connect to Mojang Servers instead of a player host.
How about tossing us some Minecoins for a free server until it is resolved, Mojang?! 😉
